Saudi registered car how long to stay in Bahrain or by AdHer

I have Saudi iqamaTourist visa Bahrain multiple entry six months stayMy husband (working in KSA) would like to leave his Saudi registered car in Bahrain for me to drive.Can we do this?Thanks in advance for your time.
