It is not illegal. During waiting time you will use your hometown bank also. Till you get your rp you cant have norsk bank account. So this is your income fromyour ciuntry and not illegal. Read More

@Ulya92I did yes. Details in udi. But your partner needs to be norvegian and you need to have university diploma or at least 6 years work experience. You need to apply with these documents. It could be depend which country are you from. Read More
