I am a male Ugandan aged 42 years. I was born and raised in the Eastern parts of Uganda. I hold Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Development Studies. I have over 15 years professional and practical experience of building capacity of organisations in the areas of strategic planning, developing organisational policies and procedures, leadership, governance, financial management, planning and management of project activities, monitoring and evaluation and identifying and documenting areas of learning. Hands-on experience of developing, monitoring and managing budgets and developing tools for financial management. Extensive experience in delivering coaching, training and facilitation services to different situations.
