I come from the Greater New Haven Area of Connecticut East Haven/Branford (a shoreline community) I was born and spent most of my life in and around the area. At one point in the mid 70's I lived in the Fort Lauderdale Florida area. After returning with my children to Connecticut to be with my family, I became interested in the real estate field and proceeded to get licensed and I entered into a career that I flourished in. I continued to take educational courses in all aspects of real estate to further my knowledge, these courses were equated to university degrees in the industry. I became a broker and owned and operated my firm for over 7 years. A broker with over 35 years of experience. With my experience in the industry I was involved in property management, land development, residential sales, commercial sales, negotiating strategies and the approval process of lot development in municipalities.
