I'm from the US and looking to move to Paraguay or possibly Costa Rica. It will be at least a year from now until I am able to move so I'm trying to get as much info as possible. I am a small gasoline engine mechanic, (motorcycles, scooters, outdoor power equipment, etc.....) and my goal is to operate my own shop and or Mobil service.
