Introduction
Born and raised in Texas. I would like to move to Mexico or Costa Rica with my daughter and son-in-law. They are in Hawaii right now and will be back in Texas in 2015 (he is inlisted in the Marines). I would like to know the safest, less populated areas of Mexico and any other info current expats can give would be greatly appreciated.
