I am born and bred Aussie, with a passion for good food & wine I studied originally to be a chef. Have owned business's and traveled to Vietnam on a few occasions to represent Australian contemporary food. I was mentored in LEAN management in Australia as a LEAN specialist consultant. I also moved into Australian education, teaching up to Diplomas in Business, Management, Project Management & WHS. I have held positions as General Manager for various Australian Companies. Now that the professional side is over, I personally enjoy exploring new environments, and have a passion for environmental concerns. I fell in luv with Vietnam with my trips and adore the food as well as the people.
