I live in Vancouver, Canada with my husband who is Dominican-Canadian. We would like to move to DR, although I don't have experience living there and would like to find out from other Canadians/Americans who have moved to DR. Even though my husband grew up there and still has his Dominican passport, it would be a completely new experience for me! I would mostly like to know how we would survive financially in DR.
