Hello I am 24 years old, in 2014 I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Economics from Julius-Maximilians-University Wurzburg, Germany. Currently I am working for a recruitment consultant company as sales assistant near Wurzburg, but plan for the near future is to settle down for a while in Singapore or another country in South-East Asia. I am fascinated by the region,, especially after studying 6 month in Bangkok and traveling around. I am seeking for job opportunities either in sales / purchase / logistics. It can be quite difficult to enter the Singaporian labour market, therefore I am grateful for every hint or advice I can get from the blog members. I speak English and Spanish fluently, staying each in Spain and in Thailand half a year helped me a lot to improve my language skills and my adaptability to new circumstances. I already worked in various industries and positions while studying, in case my profile aroused interest I can hand over my CV. Looking forward to finding some interesting contacts here. Greetings Louis Frenken
I joined expat.com on 13 May 2014.
I lived in a small village named "Deba" on the northern coast of Spain, my workplace laid about 15 minutes away by car in the interior.
I loved living right to the sea, my apartment was located 20 meters away from the beach. After work I could enjoy the late afternoon sunshine laying on the beach reading some books or getting there for a run.
Basque mentality can be peculiar when it comes to patriotism and political discussions. While living there I sometimes felt a slight negative attitude towards other parts of the country, especially the Spanish government.
It`s my homecountry where I`ve been grown and raised since I was young.
