My name is Kerli. I am a 22 y.o (female) . Although I currently live in Antwerp Belgium, I actually came from Estonia. I come from a family of 5: Me, my parents, and 2 brothers. My mother Laine (43 y.o) is wood factory worker, and father Toomas (49 y.o) is tractorist. My older brother Rene (23 y.o) is truck driver in route Estonia-Roma, and younger brother Mairo (13 y.o) is autistic. My first language is, of course, estonian, and I am also fluent in English. I started learning English in primary school, and it was also the language of instruction in the secondary school I attended. I have in addition been taking courses taught in English at university. When it comes to child care experience, I have looked after children in both formal and informal contexts. Last year, as part of my university studies in nursing, I spent 3 months internship period in playground I have helped my parents look after my autistic brother since birth. Although my looking after them is now restricted to my university vacations, as a teenager, I was nevertheless much more involved in caring for them on a daily basis so I can comfortably say that I sincerely enjoy spending time with children. I was studying nursing in Estonia and I was working already in hospital as attendant, but I prefer to take care of children. When it comes to leisure, I take pleasure in the simple things in life. I enjoy being outdoors, being with my friends, going for walks, visiting places I have not been to, and reading a good book. I also love to play trombone. I started to learn it 9 years ago and before I left Estonia, i was member in 3 orchestras. As far as preferences are concerned, I am looking for a live-out arrangement with a family, that would be happy to have me work for them for at least 6 months. Lastly, although I am quite flexible, I would prefer to have working hours that would allow me to attend some language classes. I would be happy to have the opportunity to speak with you: to answer whatever questions you may have about me or my childcare experiences; to learn more about your family; your interests and to know more about what you expect from the babysitting arrangement. Thank you very much for your interest in my application! I look forward to hearing from you. Yours Sincerely, Kerli
