It's been an "interesting" 21 months here ... what can I say. The traffic has ceased to amaze me, though how people put up with the bad driving / riding still eludes me. Great city with a few things I like ... WI-FI practically everywhere, great value Italian, Mediterranean, etc food, and ... maybe more later. Cheers.

Very cheap alcohol and western food especially superb pastas & pizzas, Wi-fi everywhere

Horrendous road conditions & traffic - mainly idiotic scooters, language barrier, recalcitrant behavior and few great coffee places
