Originally from the UK (Northern Ireland to be exact). Emigrated to NZ in 1985, Went to work in KSA on my NZ Passport in 1995 and retired to Philippines (Balikbayan visa as married to a Filipina) on January 2014. Now decided to apply for a 13 A visa, but finding some confusion as the forms given to us in Bacolod BI today appear somewhat different to the ones I hunted down on the internet using forums etc such as this one. It could be that things are changing so quickly now that the forms are being updated frequently....or we may have the wrong form
