Throughout a career as a professional engineer, encompassing 39 years, I have acquired a diversified expertise in Canada as well as abroad in the field of municipal or urban engineering. The development of his international expertise has been particularly significant with more than a decade spent on assignments overseas, working in French as well as in English, on two continents, in four different countries and cultures. For the last thirteen years, I have occupied the position of Director of Engineering for the fastest growing municipality in North America, with a population of 50 000 and a 4% annual growth rate for the last 10 years.
