Introduction

I moved to Portugal from UK in 2007 for a better life with my family. Then in Jan 2010 we decided to start working again and started up an online magazine, the 7th edition of our printed magazine 'Hey Portugal Magazine' is now available and the website is going from strength to strength. www.HeyPortugal.com We have now launched a new Internaitonal Property Portal www.heyproperty.eu

I joined expat.com on 09 June 2010.

I can speak English and some Portuguese

I am here with my husband and 2 children.

I love Portugal for the clean air, friendly people, warm weather in summer and picking fresh oranges off the trees.

I dont like the paperwork and red tape that affects every aspect of Portuguese life. It is no surprise that Portugal has a thriving grey market economy.
