Hi all, Im currently in the process of changing job with the intention of moving to France. I would preferably prefer the south of France to make a change from the Irish weather! I have been studying French quite intensively for the past year and would have conversational French and a good comprehension level but not that great at speaking it. Im very interested in moving to France for at least 2 years and right now its all about the preparation phase. There are a lot of things I dont know although Im reading up as much as I can on the subject. Its nice to find that there are other Irish living abroad who could perhaps share their experiences! Id be really interested in learning about the dos and donts about moving to France and whether people like it there or not? Is it easy to make friends etc? Hopefully I can get chatting to some of you soon!
