meet new friends with any nationality....
Life is Saudi, was kind a different from others. I could say I had a Normal Life in Saudi, though wearing Abaya (the black dress for girls) is not so comfortable at first not only that, its a really BIG LOTS of adjustment for a SINGLE expat, knowing i worked for open country, then jumped into STRICT Country. On fridays, I enrolled myself into Computer Lessons sponsored by Philippine Embassy, short courses, but i learned a lot from it, and met new people as well. I also joined 2 organizations which deals with enviroment & help Filipino expats who where abused or have some problems. I kept my Fridays so busy and sometimes me and my friends are going to BAHRAIN, to watch movie or bar hopping. its just so near, but need a VISA. just notice that most peoples leisure time spend on eating & shopping. though there are a lot of expat go to corniche, but still its all about eating & of course bonding moments..lolz so better go to BAHRAIN.
I like how they value the WOMEN, even in the shops or market they give way for WOMEN, they give freebies also, they cant stare at u. and its near to BAHRAIN, a 45minutes to 1 hour drive, to chill-out..
i didnt like SO STRICT rules for a SINGLE Expat like ME...
my Life... so far thats the best i've ever had. It was my first time to leave philippines, i thought i would be having a hardtime to adjust in all aspectsm but ireally enjoyed working and living there.
