My name is Dr. James Bowman. My family is German in origin. I was stationed in Germany for 5 years as a United States Army Intelligence Office, when that military service was concluded I remained in Germany and studied for the Dr.med. MD degree and other advanced degrees. I have lived in the US for 30 years but now want to return to Germany to work and live, in the Cologne area.
