Hey all I am a recent arrival in Da Nang. I am from Philadelphia/South Jersey. I have lived in Japan, Ireland and now Vietnam, but spent many years in the States working for Healthcare-related Non-profits. I decided to throw my hat into the adventure-ring once again, this time for good.. I'm interested in history, philosophy, psychology, technology, science,cooking,dark humor and animal-welfare (though not a vegetarian, yikes). I volunteer with the Da Nang animal rescue and foster them in my home nearby to My Khe beach. While I am not much of a club/bar hopper, I like meeting new people and appreciate meaningful conversations. I will be here at least a year, renting this home, so I am taking the long-view on things. If I can establish a nice life, I'll settle.
