I just received my first non-immigrant 12 month visa for Thailand, and I plan to arrive in mid August. I am currently in the LA area, and was in Arizona for 16 years. I hope to teach to supplement my income, and my first choice would be Chiang Mai with Bangkok a close second. When I was very young in the late 1970s I spent a year and a half in Nakhon Phanom, not a glamorous spot, but loved every minute of it.
