Too many to mention. Two children, both grown up now, lots of volunteer work and even got to carry the Olympic Torch in the 2000 Olympic Torch Relay. Worked for a Federal Member of Parliament and then as editor of a local paper before starting my own business - The Redcliffe City News. Also, joined a friend in their business - M V Real Estate.
The weather! South east Queensland is a very relaxing place to live, work and play.
Not much!
I worked for the Australian Public Service in a variety of government departments. Bred, showed & trained German Shepherd Dogs and did voluntary work for the RSPCA.
It was organised and absolutely beautiful as well as being the centre of government in Australia. Lots of green areas for recreation and close to the Snowy Mountains.
In the winter it got very cold!
Secondary school and uni, then went to work in a stock brokers office, at Sydney Uni and then moved to Nyngan in western NSW for 12 months.
It was where I grew up, what more can you say!
I went to school in Derby having moved as a baby from my birthplace - Portsmouth.
