Hi, i come from Istria, a little piece of Croatia, i worked as a chef(cook) in many restaurants and few hotels, also i worked as a head chef in 3 restaurants.All of this jobs are short term, only for the summer, so im looking a diffirent job maybe in hope of a longer employment. I am sharp minded, well organized and i am self dependant. I worked in evry position in a kitchen. Im experienced with meat, fish, pasta, vegetables and soups, even truffel dishes. My favorite position is the grill. I'm very flexible and capable of doing heavy multitasking. and im a familiar with the HACCAP system.
