My name is Tremaine Bailey and I currently reside in Barbados. I have a Masters Degree in Labour and Employment Relations. I am currently temporarily employed by Sagicor Life Inc. as an Administrative Assistant in the Group Life & Health Division. My duties include reviewing group accounts and taking action on those which are delinquent. I am extremely appreciative of this employment opportunity and believe that the work experience would enhance my knowledge base. I do understand and acknowledge that we are all operating under difficult economic circumstances and opportunities to enter ones chosen field are limited. It is my greatest desire to enter into the field of Human Resources whether on a temporary or contractual basis.
