Introduction
Currently I live in Virginia, Retired from the government an planning on settling somewhere in panama.I lived there for about 3 years 89-91 on Rodman.I know a lot has changed. I'm currently on a fixed income.looking for information on the cheapest was to roll. Tks.DJ
