I am a HSERQ professional with over 11 years experience in the construction, mining, mechanical, electrical, chemical, renewable energy, oil and gas and petrochemical industries. I have a further 20 years experience in the exports and logistics industry. My focus was on the transport of steel products to harbours, as well as the storage, loading, stowage and lashing of the same products onto international vessels. Over the course of my career, I have acquired a substantial amount of knowledge and experience and effectively managed areas related to health, safety, environment, risk, quality, logistics, warehousing, inventory and export. I value team collaboration within project environments, as the key to the success of projects. I believe my aforementioned knowledge and experience can be leveraged by my future employer to the benefit of any organisation. I enjoy investigating and solving the unknown and the unsolved, and spend a lot of my free time on patents, innovations, developments, investigations and new ideas. Continuous improvement and zero harm are aspects that are very important to me, and I like to lead by example.
