I live in vietnam since 2009, but I came back to France due to a major family event. I'll be back next december 2014. I was manager of a French gourmet restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. I need new opportunity in hotel or restaurant in VN or Cambodia or laos. Asia is beautifull, Vietnam is wonderfull... because like me, dare!
