I will be relocating to Ecuador, Mexico, or some other locale within the year, looking for a lovely, reasonably priced house that I may use as a writer's/artist's retreat part-time. My goal is to find a naturally beautiful location with a lively and friendly innovative artists'and writers'community. It should be near a beach, river, or lake.
