I am a retired American living in the Dominican Republic. Thinking about Venezuela. There is so much conflicting data. If the average wage is about $42, and the cost of living is 270 percent of San Francisco CA who does that living? Seems like a Social Security check of $1000 a month should do well if the one is correct, but the other is unbelievable.
