Now retired and living the sweet life in southern Italy, Frank is an award-winning advertising professional from Denver, Colorado. As well as having had a successful career in advertising, Frank had stints as the owner of an old west saloon, a character actor in film and stage, a certified Santa Claus and a university professor. He now focuses on traveling, honing his skills as an Italian chef, and writing as he and his charming wife, the ever lovely Ora, renovate their home in beautiful Basilicata, Italy. Frank and his wife dreamed of completing the full circle of Italian immigration by returning to their roots in southern Italy. In Franks case, the journey started 100 years earlier when his grandparents and father emigrated from Italy to the United States. The traditions, values and beauty of the Italian lifestyle drew them back and prompted them to honor the past by naming their lovely home, La Casa Cent'anni, (The Hundred Years House), also frequently heard as a toast of goodwill. So, "Cent'anni to you, and here's to another 100 years! Contact Frank Macri directly at fmacri@abadvert.com or visit his FB page (Frank Macri).
