I didnt have any real project when I arrived in London, I basically moved because I found the job. I was really interested about the job position and London was a city in my mind especially because I wanted to improve my english at the time (still need a to improve it!).
Samuel Johnson said "When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford.%u201D I think I would agree with him, London is an amazing city in different areas : full of restaurants (good restaurants), bars, cinema, theatres, musicals, etc. You really can't get bored in this city. Another thing also is the fact that nobody is going to judge you for anything really you can do whatever you want, dress as you like, and this is enjoyable.
I'm from the south of France so not surprisingly I did struggle with the weather and the rain!
