im a psychologist living and working in East London, South Africa. looking to move to Malta as i understand i can get permanent residency. concerned, though, as i have just read in the blog that Malta will only renew it for a max of 3 years??? needing clarity please. would love to set up practise there or work at the uni but afraid to try to relocate and spend a fortune if I cant stay on.
