Introduction

I decided to retire early from my career in the UK, to realise my life-long dream of living somewhere warm. Having spent quite a lot of time in Thailand, it was an obvious choice. I specifically chose Chiang Mai as I adore the city, and hope it will be easy to make friends here

I joined expat.com on 08 October 2015.
