Hello. I just moved to Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City. I've travelled here frequently over the last 2 years and decided it's time to make a go of it out here and make a permanent move. I'm a qualified head chef with nearly 20 years experience in hotels and restaurants all over the UK. I'm hoping to find something here in hcmc and preferably district 1.
