I grew up in upstate NY but have lived and worked in Florida for 40 years. I retired from public service in 2000 and worked my next career for 11 years, collecting pensions from both. Have procrastinated for a decade about exploring Central and South America to find a great and affordable retirement location. I'm now committed to making it happen in the very near future {February/March}.
