Introduction

I m an Italian pastry chef I ve been working for 10 years in united kingdom and I feel its time for a new challenge and as I always dremt about Asia I would like to move there and start a new challenge.

I'm ve been to manila and the people are fantastic food in really interesting and I think its a good place to work and show the skills I ve learnt in europe
