I am holder of PhD in Management with MBA and MPA degrees and was an Assistant Professor for more than 20 years in Oman, Bahrain, Dubai and Philippines. I am finishing my TESOL Cert in an American Institute with a teaching certificate. I used to be a school administrator for the past 10 years and has published researches in refereed journals.
