I am a Kenyan citizen aged 35 yrs with a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management .I have worked in the procurement department and currently work in the Customer relations department but I am in for a change, new experiences and diversity. My duties involved liaising with suppliers, handling their queries regarding payments and material delivery diligently, making and receiving reports, coordinating meetings, stock taking, updating stock cards and making sure all the materials are in the system as per ERP (tally), working on the goods received note during offloading containers, taking minutes for all meetings we attended, writing welcome letters to new clients, communicating any new product launch to both new and existing clients, following up with clients payment on purchases, receive proof of payment from clients and forward to accounts department, units handover and clearance to customers, receiving phone calls and transferring them to various departments, I am fluent in English and Swahili written and spoken, I can work independently and also multitask, and I am self-motivated and coordinating with people to ensure on-time delivery as well as negotiating for best packages. Considering I am a fast learner, aggressive, active, good at multi tasking, flexible on time frame, team player and work to the best of my ability with dedication with the aim of achieving set targets. I have experience in Microsoft outlook, excel and word, I am prepared to work and perform my duties diligently if given the opportunity.
