Henna and Indigo powder for dying hair by Shivon
Hi, I've been looking around in Hanoi for a hairdresser who uses natural powders to dye hair or to buy some henna and indigo powder to dye myself but can't seem to find any. Does anyone know if there are any of these in Hanoi? Thank you !
