Retired military and interested in travel back to Saigon where I was once stationed some 50 years ago. Very active senior who enjoys kickboxing, writing, travel, etc. Planning trip in May 2017. Would very much like to make contact with someone ahead of that time, who could help me transition into the city for a 3 week planned exploratory visit. Hoping to find someone who can help with advice (from navigating thru the airport to avoiding typical tourist mistakes) or maybe would like to offer services for a day or two as personal guide (reasonable compensation offered). Kinda scary since I am traveling alone and would like to have a friendly face who could answer questions.
