Expat experience
Sandy Springs City Center_ A mixed used development located in a newly developed city of Sandy Springs. This project was focused on creating the "heart" of the city, providing entertainment through the design of a performing arts center, market square, as well as a large city green. A city office tower was developed to provide a central location for all government officials offices, as well as a conference level and studio theater for public use. Our firm facilitated the development of two private residential complexes on site in order to activate this newly developed city center with local people. I personally was actively involved from conception to construction coordinating architecture with engineers, contractors, and owners.
The international accessibility due to Hartsfield-Jakson International Airport (one of the world busiest airports in the world)
A Joint Thesis Study including: Architectural Studies, Historical Studies, Urban Studies, as well as Community Studies in an effort to understand India's architectural potential.
The local communities interest and willingness to engage in our studies along with the concentration of educated youth.
An Urban Study on the impacts and solutions for the phenomena of shrinking cities.
The simplistic of a small Germany town that is also well connected to large urban populations. The town is famous for the Bauhaus, Designed by Walter Gropius.
