Introduction
My wife and I decided to leave the corporate rat race in the US for a lower stress adventure living abroad. We chose Mexico because of an existing expat community, good internet service, and proximity to our family in the US.
I am a male.

We enjoy the small town beach life of Progreso. We have met some good local people as well as some Canadian and American Expats.
We like Progreso because its a small town and on the coast. We also like being close to Merida.
Our only complaint so far is the amount of sea weed that collects on the beaches.
