Introduction
My wife and I will be retiring early and have traveled throughout the world. We feel in love with Ecuador and are considering moving there in 2 years. We are very healthy and still young. Seattle weather has been extremely depressing and we are in need of a change. My wife is a Paramedic for 27 years and I am a General Contractor.

Expat experience
We will be retired possibly looking to operate a small business maybe eventually an eco-lodge
The weather is much better then where we currently live, also access to outdoor adventuring. We bike toured around Ecuador when we were there, also we are both experienced white water raft guides and Mt. Climbers.
I have not experienced enough to make any bad judgements about Ecuador. All places have challenges. I guess how dirty the rivers were, lack of good sewer disposal.
