Hi! I currently live in Texas and am working as a full-time teacher. I am very interested in living abroad once my teaching contract is up in June of 2017 (although possibly not until sometime in the fall of 2017). I teach online part time, and am considering doing that full time while living abroad if I am not able to find other promising job opportunities. Ideally, I would like to live in a Spanish-speaking country in an area that is affordable (which is, of course, relative) but has good internet access, as I will need that to do my job. Also, of course, somewhere where it is not nearly impossible to get a Visa (or not necessary to get a Visa for U.S. citizens) would be ideal. Any help would be much appreciated!

- Great city to learn Spanish! - Interesting classes through the Universidad Complutense de Madrid - Good location to easily visit other countries as well as other parts of Spain - Opportunity to meet people from all over the world
The cost of living was high at the time due in part to the currency exchange rate at the time. Living accommodations were not the most comfortable.
