I am a hard working conscious manager that knows how to work within a team environment and can function just as well working independently. I have excellent management, team leading, interpersonal skills and am an effective communicator on all levels. I am able to think outside the box which makes me a great problem solver. I have a very strong background of working in the educational environment, whilst mentoring and previuosly running my own pupil referral unit. I have also taken the opportunity to work more closely with students and their families that require social, emotional and physical development, which includes autism at all levels. I liaise with professionals and people from all types of cultural and social backgrounds.
