Introduction
I am a retired attorney who worked in the public sector. I lived about three years in Uruguay/Argentina. A vigorous 72 year old I want to continue my travelling. I am interested now in the idea of living (cheaply) in Puerto Rico ( west ) and using my home as a base for exploring central America and Ecuador. Zfancy living and resorts are the polar opposite of what I want.
