Done with London

Hi, I'm Jean-Luc. Living in London for the past 20 years with my husband/partner Angel whom is American. We have had enough of the permanent turbulence of London and wish to relocate to Lyon and build the next chapter of our lives. I don't know where to start and i feel overwhelmed. I know i'm French which is a massive advantage but i feel more British than French. I'm starting from scratch so any kind of help, support or advice is very welcome!
