I was born @ a very early age. @ 15 after hating nearly every day of my school days I joined the Army. I served in some very strange places that only see print in news papers. On demob after 12 years took myself off to be a maniac woops I mean machanic for heavy plant. Then after 18 months joined law enforcement for 18 years. I was a hotelier for 6 years, then sold everything bought a motor home and moved to France 4 12 years. Got divorced and moved back to the U.K. where I worked for local council as a grounds man after being a volunteer @ a hospice. Did the common tour of Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam and fell in love with Cambodia. Became a volunteer teacher in Svay Chento village in Prey Cherooke province where my now son is the education director of an N.G.O. My happy village Cambodia, an English free school. I have now been here 3 years and hope never to leave. I met my beautiful wife here and we are inseparable. The friends I have made here will be for life, both Khmer & Barrang and I think now is the time to stop rambling.
