Retired one year ago, husband retired 8 years ago. Economy in NJ is draining our pensions and income. And the winters have not been kind to us. Just returned from 2 weeks in Ecuador (mostly in Quito). Would definitely like to spend at least 3 winter months in Ecuador and then we would decide about relocating. we know we don't want to spend 3 months in Quito, looking for a lower elevation.
