Shipping a car from USA to France by HEMPS

Hello has anyone done this ... If so do you know how much the tax and duty is (approximately) on a vehicle valued at $6500 and shipping cost to $1800. Also is their tax/duty on personal items included in the vehicle such as clothes, shoes etc ...
