Introduction

I am German native with nomad roots and live in Ireland in the moment. I have lived in Greece before and now for 12 years in Ireland (never have lived so long anywhere where in my life!)

I joined expat.com on 12 July 2017.

I can speak German, English, Greek and studying Spanish
Interests different cultures, Travelling , Writing, languages, designing, cooking and baking. computer, EVERYTHING GREEK and SPANISH and SOUTH AMERICAN

Working for a big German tour operator as an international tour guide around Chalkidiki, west of Thessaloniki

I lived and dreamed about Greece since my childhood. Fabolous climate, amazing culture and people, stunning location and landscape I loved absolutely everything about that place :-)

The economic situation of the country drove me finally out of Greece, involuntarily. Having left the German employer I quickly found out that working and living in Greece is almost impossible. Corruption, terrible work conditions, no employees rights etc, very low wages which do not let you live in normal conditions in Greece - unfortunately!

Too restrictive, too many rules, not my kind of culture
