I am a retired Military guy who is tired of wintering in Arizona I served approx 35 years in the Canadian Army and Air Force primarily as a Logistics HR officer. I do have a Diploma Agriculture from the University of Manitoba - I used some of this knowledge of agriculture in places like Bosnia and Cyprus. I have an Alberta AND a USA Non-Profit Company that has been registered to provide Veterans with a safe, secure and cost effective escape from winter. Once settled in Moca, I might consider evaluating some form of this concept in DR - even with all the restrictions involved (government red tape). It is now March and I am about mid-way in the Residency process, have rented an apartment and we have bought a serviced lot where we plan to build our house in the future.....
